Clicking on “Confirm your order” means that you are definitively confirming your order. VILAC asks that you read the following clauses carefully. VILAC would like to make it clear that it is not possible to purchase goods without accepting the conditions set out below. VILAC is run by the limited liability company VILAC registered under SIREN number 647150507 located at – Route de la Grange au Gui, 69260 Moirans en Montagne - contactable by telephone +33 (0)8 25 56 50 15 and by e-mail : http://www.vilac.com/fr/nous-contacter.


The purpose of these general conditions of sale is to set out, exclusively on the basis of the relationships established on the Internet, the respective rights and obligations of the parties as well as the various stages of the order process. Sales are restricted to adults or customers under 18 with parental consent.


The products offered for sale by VILAC are those which appear on the website on the day the User views it and while stocks last. Should the product be unavailable, VILAC undertakes to inform the customer as soon as possible. In the event that a product ordered and paid for is unavailable for more than 30 days, the customer will be informed by e-mail or by telephone. The order for this product will then be cancelled and refunded, with the remainder of the order remaining confirmed and definitive. The products offered for sale are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. However, VILAC cannot be held liable for any errors or omissions in this presentation. The photographs and texts illustrating the products are not contractually binding.


Prices are shown in Euros. They take into account any discounts and VAT applicable on the day of the order. The prices stated are guaranteed while stocks last, unless there are significant changes in fees, in particular VAT, and except in the event of typographical errors or omissions. The prices stated do not include shipping and packaging costs which will be charged in addition and will be indicated to the customer during the final confirmation of the order. VILAC reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but products will be billed based on the prices in effect at the time the order is placed, subject to product availability. Goods remain the property of VILAC until full payment of the price.


4.1 - Placing an order: Customers interested in an item shown on the website http://www.vilac.com/fr/ place their order via the site: www.vilac.com Customers ordering on http://www.vilac.com/fr/ should follow the following procedure: - The customer must create a customer account when placing their first order. - The customer chooses which products they are interested in and in turn clicks on the "Add to MY BASKET" link.

The customer may at any time: • View a summary of the selected products by clicking on the "MY BASKET" link • Continue shopping by clicking on the "Continue shopping” link • Finish shopping and place the order by clicking on the "Confirm my order" link - To order the selected products, the customer must identify themselves by entering their e-mail address and password. The customer is hereby informed and accepts that entering these two identifiers (e-mail address and password) constitutes proof of identity and indicates his/her consent. - If the customer is not already registered, they must fill in the form that will automatically appear when they place their first order or fill it in beforehand by going to the "My account" section and clicking on the "Create an account" link. Once the user has been identified, he or she must confirm the delivery address and an order form will appear summarizing: the type, quantity and price of the products selected by the user, as well as the payment method chosen, along with the billing and delivery details. The customer states that he or she is 18 years old or, if not, has parental permission to place the order on the website.

4.2 - Confirming an order:

Having read the order information, and once all the requested information has been completed by the customer, he/she should click "Proceed to checkout" to definitively confirm his/her order. After having confirmed the payment method, the customer definitively and irrevocably confirms his order with the effects indicated below. Payment by credit or debit card via the bank CIC AGENCE NANCY ENTREPRISE. The customer confirms his/her address, the product(s) and the total price. The customer must provide his bank card number, the expiry date and the CCV (3 digit number on the back of the credit or debit card). In any event, regardless of the payment method chosen by the customer, VILAC shall acknowledge receipt of the order as soon as it is confirmed by e-mail or by any other means of its choosing, in accordance with the provisions of Article L121-19 of the French Consumer Code. Please note that for any order over 300 Euros, a photocopy of your identity document may be requested. Please provide us with this additional document as soon as possible so that we can process your order quickly. By confirming the order, the customer certifies that he/she is either 18 years old or has parental permission to place the order. An authorised minor undertakes to inform his or her parental guardian of the collection of his or her personal data, who may object to its storage and/or transmission to third parties.


The amount due from the customer is the amount stated on the order confirmation that VILAC sends to the customer by e-mail. Unless the server is unavailable, payment will be made online immediately using a debit or credit card (Bleue, Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard). In any event, VILAC reserves the right to refuse any order or delivery in the event of an existing dispute with the customer, total or partial non-payment of a previous order by the customer, refusal by the bank to authorize payment by credit or debit card, non-payment or partial payment, use of a credit or debit card not issued by a French financial institution. VILAC may under no circumstances be held liable in this respect.




Any customer who has placed at least one order is automatically and free of charge registered in VILAC's customer database.


The products offered by VILAC are available as long as they are shown on the website and while stocks last. Information on product availability is provided when the order is placed. In the event that a product is unavailable after an order has been placed, VILAC undertakes to inform the customer by e-mail as soon as possible upon receipt of the information. Your order will be automatically cancelled and the customer immediately refunded if his/her account has been debited. The refund will be made directly to the customer's bank account at the latest within thirty days of the date on which the customer paid the amount in question.


Pursuant to legal requirements, the customer has a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of receipt or collection of goods for any item purchased on the website and may return the products to us BY POST ONLY without having to justify the reason, in accordance with the provisions of Articles L 121 et seq. of the French Consumer Code. This period commences on receipt of the goods. This right is exercised by returning the product, only the shipping costs will be borne by the customer. If the customer exercises his/her right of withdrawal within this period, VILAC undertakes to reimburse him/her for the sums paid within a maximum of 30 days by bank card or cheque, depending on the payment method chosen, unless the customer requests a credit note, valid for one year from the date of issue. If the customer chooses a credit note when exercising the right of withdrawal, he/she accepts that any further purchase using this credit note will not be eligible for a refund but for a credit note, valid for one year from its date of issue. In accordance with VILAC's general conditions of sale, only items returned in their original packaging (shoe box, plastic bags...) will be accepted. Consequently, returns of washed and/or worn clothing, as well as damaged boxes will be refused. Moreover, for hygiene reasons we will not accept returns or exchanges of lingerie, tights, swimwear, leggings or jewellery. It is the responsibility of the customer to keep any proof of return, this presupposes that the goods are returned by registered mail or by any other means that provides a definite dispatch date. Return shipping costs (as well as the shipping costs of a new product in the event of an exchange or credit note) are at the CUSTOMER' S EXPENSE, and you are free to choose the delivery method. In the event of a delivery error, VILAC will cover your return costs up to the amount stated on the proof of postage that you send to us by e-mail. The right of withdrawal is exercised under the same conditions from the time of ordering and before delivery. Items purchased in sales or during special offers (clearance sales, private sales, VIP sales, flash sales) or using a code or a promotional offer, will not be eligible for a refund, an exchange or even a credit note.


For any payment by credit or debit card on the VILAC.com website, the electronic certificate issued by the telepayment system will be deemed to be proof of the amount and date of the transaction, in accordance with the provisions of articles 1316 et seq. of the French Civil Code, as well as the electronic archiving system implemented by VILAC. In this regard, the dates and times on the server will be binding between the parties. In any event, whether payment is made by credit or debit card directly on the site or by telephone, confirmation of the order constitutes a signature and express acceptance of all transactions carried out on the site. On the other hand, the due date of the amounts payable is the date referred to in section 4.2, depending on the type and method of payment.




Any order placed on the website and delivered outside of France may be subject to taxes and customs duties imposed when the package reaches its destination. These customs duties and possible taxes related to the delivery of goods are the responsibility of the customer. VILAC is not required to check and inform its customers of any applicable customs duties and taxes. It is the customer's responsibility to obtain such information from the relevant authorities in his/her country.


In the event that one of the clauses of this contract is rendered null and void by a legislative or regulatory change or by a court decision, this shall in no way affect the validity of or obligation to comply with these general conditions of sale.


These general conditions of sale and the order summary sent to the customer form a contractual whole and constitute the entire contractual relationship between the parties.


VILAC reserves the right to amend the General Conditions of Sale. Any new version thereof will be announced in advance on the first page of the My Account section. Members who do not wish the contractual relationship to be subject to the new version of the General Conditions of Sale must provide notice to this effect and, as of the date on which the new version takes effect, must cease using VILAC services. In the event that one of the terms of the General Conditions of Sale is deemed to be unlawful or unenforceable by a court decision, the other provisions shall remain in force.


Fulfilment by the company of all or part of its obligations shall be suspended in the event of a fortuitous event or force majeure which hinders or delays such fulfilment. The various cases recognised by French case law are recognised as such. If such a fortuitous event should occur, VILAC will inform its customers by e-mail within seven days.


This contract is governed by French law. The language of this contract is French. In the event of a dispute with professionals and/or businesses, the courts of Marseilles will have jurisdiction. In the event of a dispute with a customer, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
